This is the bigger kids version of our Koigu Hooded Cardigan. We loved it so much, we needed to size it up. The Koigu is great yarn that is hand-dyed in lots of fabulous colors. It takes 9 skeins for a 4 year old size.

We re knit this great chunky raglan pattern in a new color. It looks hard but really it could not be more simple! One row is all knit, the other K1,P1! The pattern is from an old Vogue magazine.

This sweater is a good project to learn how to do single striping. The Cashmerino Aran is soft and great yarn to knit with. And picking from all of the great colors will be half the fun. It took us 5 of each color for a 4 year old size.
