We saw a variation of this knit helmet in an upscale shop for $200. You can knit it in just a few hours for under $40. It is warm and so soft. We used 3 balls of super soft Tundra yarn for the main color and we used one for the crochet trim. What a great gift.

This is a great baby present! It is also a lot of fun to knit. This pattern calls for 6 skeins of the main color and 1 skein for a contrasting color - for the eyes and nose. This is a Blue Sky Alpacas Pattern which is on sale for $5.00.

This coat will keep your little one warm and in gorgeous hand-dyed colors. This is a simple stockinette and garter pattern that is good for all levels. We used 5 skeins for a 2-3 year size.

We adapted this scarf from a Mac and Me pattern that we loved. We just wanted it to knit quicker so we used two strands of yarn instead of one. The ruffle border adds a bit of sophistication to a simple garter scarf.
