Want to knit up a fantastic scarf in a matter of hours (one if you're fast)? This is the scarf for you. Knit on a #19 needle, its just knit a row, purl a row until you're out of yarn. You can make the scarf like ours with a few inches of each color at either end and big chunks in the middle or you can be a little creative and make your own stripe pattern.
This pattern will be featured in the upcoming The Yarn Girls' Guide to Beyond the Basics.

This angora is beatiful. It is hand-dyed by Prism yarns in amazing colors. The scarf is fast and easy to knit. It is soft and warm to wear. The hole is there to help the scarf fit snuggly around your neck. This is also a great gift idea. Although $40 sounds pricey for a ball of yarn, it's not so bad when you only need one ball to make this great project! This pattern can be found in The Yarn Girls' Guide to Simple Knits.
