Want to knit up a fantastic scarf in a matter of hours (one hour if you're fast)? This is the scarf for you. Knit on a #19 needle, its just knit a row, purl a row until you're out of yarn. You can make the scarf like ours with a few inches of each color at either end and big chunks in the middle or you can be a little creative and make your own stripe pattern. Just choose two fun colors.
This pattern can be found in our book, The Yarn Girls' Guide to Beyond the Basics.

Jordana made this scarf, hat and mitten set for her son Max. She knit them out of Cashmerino Aran. This is a great yarn for children because it is very soft and it is machine washable. Jordana made up the scarf and hat pattern, but the mitten pattern is from Melanie Falick's Knitting for Baby.

Soft and Snuggly is the only way to describe this luscious scarf. The pattern comes from the Vogue on the Go book Chunky Knits. You just need to pick two colors and start knitting - you'll be done in a matter of hours. Unfortunately Zucca is discontinued - but the Esprit yarn is the same.
