| Jordana made this scarf, hat and mitten set for her son Max. She knit them out of Cashmerino Aran. This is a great yarn for children because it is very soft and it is machine washable. Jordana made up the scarf and hat pattern, but the mitten pattern is from Melanie Falick's Knitting for Baby. |

Cashmerino is an exciting, luxurious new yarn. Debbie Bliss' selective color range is tasteful and sophisticated. Knitting with it is wonderful and it is a beautiful yarn for simple stockinette stitch sweaters or for intricate Aran knitting patterns. It combines the wonderful softness of merino wool and cashmere without packing the punch to your wallet that 100% cashmere might. Also, look in Debbie Bliss's new books for a wonderful selection of knitting patterns using this yarn.
