Call us @ 1-888-YARNCO1 from 12:00 - 6:00 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 on Wednesdays.
Yarn and buttons can be returned within three months from date of purchase for store credit only (we do not refund money).
Store Credit good for 3 months.
No exceptions will be made. Receipt of purchase must accompany all returns.
Books, needles & patterns are always final sale.
The Yarn Co. does its best to estimate the amount of yarn knitters need for their projects. Because all people knit differently, you may finish a project with extra and unwanted yarn, or you may purchase less than you actually need.
To avoid having less yarn than needed, notice how much yarn you are using. The sooner you let us know you need more yarn the better. We can better determine your needs after you use one ball of yarn for the given project. Just call us.
Not all items and yarn colors are guaranteed to be in stock.
Please note: Differences in monitors may cause yarn colors to appear slightly different than actual yarn color.
Free Patterns with Purchase of a Yarn Co. Original Project
When you purchase the yarn to knit a Yarn Co. original design, we will send you a custom-sized pattern for free. This does include projects posted from other sources.
Call us today at 1-888-YARNCO1 and specify the project from our Web site and we will ship the pattern with your order of yarn.
