More about Mary: In 2010, Mary created Quilty, a weekly online how-to program for beginner quilters (F&W Media). She serves as editor and creative director of Quilty magazine, now in its third year, available bi-monthly on newsstands nationwide and via digital subscription. Mary is co-host of "Love of Quilting" on PBS/Create alongside her mother, beloved quilter and educator Marianne Fons; Mary also interviews famous quilters on QNNtv's online show, Quilt With the Stars. Mary's quilts are frequently featured in Quilty, Love of Quilting Magazine, and others. She lectures and teaches around the country. Her first book, Make + Love Quilts: Scrap Quilts for the 21st Century will be released in May 2014 (C&T/StashBooks). Mary is the inventor of Quilt Charms™ and is currently developing a line of luxury quilt accessories.
